Morning 27/5/2017, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Housing Development Corporation (HODECO) held the groundbreaking ceremony of Fusion Suites Vung Tau project at No. 2, Truong Cong Dinh, Ward 2 (Vung Tau City). Attending the ceremony were: Nguyen Van Trinh, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; Tran Dinh Khoa, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Bui Thanh Nghia, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Frontland, along with representatives from the departments, branches, Serenity Holding, Project Management Unit, customers.
Fusion Suites Vung Tau is a luxury condominium project with 5 * standard services, built on an area of 1,968.3 m2, with a construction density of 55%. The 20-story building does not include basements, mezzanines and technical floors. The project consists of 71 hotel rooms, 100 condominiums and various service areas, such as: restaurant, gym, tea room, bar, spa.

At the ceremony, Nguyen Van Triet said, Fusion Suites Vung Tau is one of the top class projects invested in the province in the period of 2016 – 2020. When the project goes into operation, it will generate a new tourism product line, achieving high economic efficiency, contributing to the development of tourism in particular and successful implementation of the socio-economic development of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province in general.
Fusion Suites Vung Tau will be completed after 24 months of construction, expected to put into operation in the third quarter of 2019.
