On 11/04/2016, project Binh Gia resident-ward 8- Vung Tau city was completed for the foundation part. Based on deposit contract signed between us, Hodeco would like to invite you to contact us to proceed following procedures:
- Pay off 20% of apartment price in deposit contract.
- Time for payment and signing purchase contract is from 29/04/2016 to 31/05/2016; if the payment and contract signing aren’t don’t after abovementioned time, Hodeco is able to sell the apartment to other customers and will not repay the deposit for customers.
The official opening date and contract signing are expected in May/ 2016, there will be attractive gifts for customers signing contract on the opening date.
