Ba Ria – Vung Tau house development Joint Stock Company (HODECO), one of the leading real estate investment and development companies in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our team. As HODECO continues to grow and expand, we are looking for 01 Electrical Engineer with the following job responsibilities and benefits:
1. Key Responsibilities
- Design Review and Cost Estimation
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Examine and verify the compliance and adequacy of electrical engineering design documents; provide recommendations for improvement and completion.
Prepare quantity take-offs, review, and develop cost estimates for electrical systems and works. - Supervision of Construction Quality and Progress for Electrical Systems
Supervise construction and installation activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
Identify and promptly address quality issues, defects, and design changes arising during construction.
Monitor and control contractors’ work progress to ensure adherence to project schedules; issue warnings and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Conduct handover procedures for completed projects and project components in accordance with company regulations.
Supervise warranty and maintenance activities and support customer care services at project sites. - Occupational Safety, Fire Prevention and Environmental Compliance
Monitor and enforce compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Environmental Hygiene, and Fire Prevention & Fighting (FPF) regulations at project sites.
Identify deficiencies and proactively warn of potential safety, environmental, and fire-related risks.
Instruct contractors to rectify violations and suspend construction activities when breaches of technical standards, quality requirements, or safety regulations are identified.
Implement penalties and corrective measures for contractor violations in accordance with project regulations. - Reporting and Continuous Improvement
Propose solutions and initiatives to improve work efficiency and project performance.
Prepare and submit regular work reports directly to management.
Develop work plans and effectively manage assigned tasks to ensure timely completion and achievement of objectives.
2. Job Requirements
Age: From 23 to under 30 years old.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a full-time accredited university. Preference will be given to graduates from reputable technical universities such as Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, Ton Duc Thang University, or equivalent institutions.
Major: Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or related disciplines.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Revit, AutoCAD, office software applications, and Bac Nam cost estimation software.
English: Intermediate communication skills.
Experience: At least 01 year of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical construction, construction supervision, project implementation, preparation of design and as-built documentation for building electrical systems and technical infrastructure projects. Candidates holding professional certificates in electrical design and/or construction supervision are highly preferred.
Good knowledge of laws, regulations, codes, and standards related to the electrical engineering field.
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to work; creative mindset, eagerness to learn, and willingness to develop professionally.
Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills; willingness to travel for business assignments when required.

Estimated annual income: Approximately VND 280 million per year, including:
