Ba Ria – Vung Tau house development Joint Stock Company (HODECO), one of the leading real estate investment and development companies in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to join our team. As HODECO continues to grow and expand, we are looking for 01 Architect with the following job responsibilities and benefits:
I. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and develop 2D and 3D urban planning, architectural, and landscape architectural drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software.
Review and calculate planning and architectural indicators of projects to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and legal requirements.
Supervise architectural aesthetics, architectural works, landscape implementation, design concepts, and finishing works throughout project construction.
Revise and adjust designs during project preparation and construction phases to ensure technical feasibility and project requirements.
Review design proposals and contribute innovative solutions, ideas, and improvements to enhance project quality and value.
Monitor and manage planning and architectural aspects of assigned projects.
Review and recalculate commercial areas, usable floor areas, and other relevant project metrics before project commercialization and operation.
Perform other architecture- and planning-related duties as assigned.
II. Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.
Age: Under 35 years old.
Computer Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office applications.
English: Good communication skills in English.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Proven experience in architectural design, urban planning, landscape architecture, and project management.
Sound knowledge of regulations and legislation related to urban planning and architecture, including the Urban Planning Law, Architecture Law, Construction Law, and other relevant regulations.
Strong aesthetic sense and creative thinking in architecture, urban planning, and building design.
Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
High level of responsibility, commitment, and professionalism.
Innovative mindset with the ability to develop creative and breakthrough solutions.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and positive attitude toward work, with strong cooperation and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
III. Benefits
Estimated annual income: From VND 345 million to VND 390 million per year, including:
(Monthly salary and allowances ranging from VND 16 million to VND 19 million per month.
