The event was an opportunity for HODECO to look back on the 35-year journey, from the brand new enterprise in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province to becoming one of the leading enterprise in the real estate field, laying the foundation for the modern urban areas, a civilized living space, accompanying with the process of urbanization of the home province.
Over the past 35 years, HODECO has constantly raised its core values (honor, quintessential, discipline, humanities, and proactiveness) and flexibly adapted to market trends, and continuously pursued innovation to achieve international integration.
HODECO celebrated 35 years of establishment anniversary with the theme “Affirming Its Position Through Integration.”
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Ngoc Khanh, Vice President of the Provincial People’s Committee’s emphasized that leaders of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province highly evaluate and warmly praise the accomplishments achieved by the lead generation, employees, and workforce of the Company over the past 35 years. At the same time, he required the company’s management should thoroughly research area planning orientation, actively adopt the operation model, expand the collaborative capacities, be ready to take the new opportunities to bring business to integrate, extend its reach regionally and nationally.

At the anniversary celebration, Mr. Doan Huu Thuan – Chairman of BOD of HODECO, expressed his deep gratitude to the provincial Party Head, People’s Council, People’s Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, the local departments, branches, banks and domestic and foreign partners, customers who always care, accompany and facilitate to grow HODECO.
