On July 11, Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO), in coordination with the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Dien Commune, organized a scholarship presentation ceremony to support local underprivileged students.
