On the morning of April 28, 2022, Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) – Vung Tau branch held a signing ceremony for a comprehensive co-operation agreement and financial credit contract supporting customers of the project The Light City Urban Area, Ward 12, Vung Tau City.

According to the cooperation content of the two sides, HODECO in conjunction with Vietcombank will support customers of The Light City project to borrow money with preferential interest rates with a maximum limit of 70% of the contract value during the loan period of up to 20 years.

Mr. Le Viet Lien, General Director of HODECO said: “During the project implementation from 2019 to now, Hodeco has always received the support from its strategic partner – Vietcombank Vung Tau. Not only providing credit financing for the project’s land fund accumulation, in November 2020, Vietcombank approved a credit financing package for the development of phase 1 of The Light City. Up to now, the signing of a cooperation agreement on a preferential credit financing package for customers who want to own products at The Light City further demonstrates the strategic cooperation relationship between Hodeco and Vietcombank Vung Tau, and at the same time shows the prestige of Hodeco as well as of the project”.

In addition to the preferential loan package applied to customers of The Light City project, Vietcombank Vung Tau will also apply a preferential credit program for customers of other projects of HODECO. It can be said that the long-term and sustainable cooperation between HODECO and Vietcombank Vung Tau is based on the prestige and solid potentials that have been confirmed by the two sides, promising to bring many advantages to customers, investors and partners when accessing products at The Light City project in particular and HODECO’s real estate products in general.
