All contents submitted to the Meeting were reported and analyzed by the Presidium and discussed and voted for by the shareholders with a high consensus rate. (Except for the content of authorizing the Board of Directors to carry out necessary procedures to issue a maximum of VND 1,000 billion of bonds for production and business activities, the remaining contents are approved by shareholders with 100% consensus).
