Recently, on some websites, there was an article: “Unusual at Ngoc Tuoc hill 2 project, invested by Hodeco”. Regarding this issue, BR – VT HousE Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) responded as follows:
The information that some of these news sites have reported is not true to the actual situation, there has not been any information from businesses as well as information from local management agencies. BR – VT House Development Joint Stock Company is the investor of Ngoc Tuoc Hill II Villas project, the documents and procedures related to the project investment always comply with the regulations. The publication of this information has affected the reputation and image of the Company as well as the legitimate rights and interests of shareholders and investors.
Regarding the land area reflected by Ms. Bui Thi Nghi, these contents have been answered many times by the authorities, the People’s Committee of Vung Tau City, the People’s Committee of Ward 8 – TP.VT and the BR-VT Television Station. Specifically: The land that Ms. Bui Thi Nghi complained about was on sheet No. 05, plot 58, previously registered by Lam Vien trees (not registered by Ms. Nghi). The entire area of this plot 58 is in the project of Ngoc Tuoc Hill II Villas of BR – VT House Development Joint Stock Company, which has been decided by the People’s Committee of BR-VT Province No: 9983/QD-UBND dated 29/29/02 10/2003 to recover and handover to HODECO as a project (State agency shall recover land according to regulations and hand over clean land for the Company to implement the project after completing land acquisition). In terms of origin, this is forestry land managed by the state. When the State recovers, there will be no compensation for the land. Moreover, Ms. Nghi has no legal documents, so Ms. Nghi’s complaints have no basis for settlement.
