On 15/1/2016, People Committee of Ba Ria Vung Tau issued document no 277/UBND-VP about approval of implementation of project 20 floor apartment “Binh Gia Resident” in ward 8, Vung Tau city.
The project is invested by Hodeco in order to meet up provincial resident’s demand in house buying and create affordable units for workers with stable income.
It is located in ward 8 Vung Tau and internal streets to pass to Binh Gia, Le Hong Phong, 3/2. The project was approved with scale: 20 floor and 1 basement, area: 3,261.4m2, construction area: 2,186 m2, total apartments: 317 units, area of each unit: 55-83 m2, construction rate: 65%, Greenland and internal land: 1,117.4 m2.
