On the morning of June 23, 2018, at the Conference room, the Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development JSC (HODECO) held a Sale Opening Ceremony of the project of luxury Condotel Fusion Suites Vung Tau invested by HODECO. The representatives from Fusion Group – the managing and operating unit of the project, the representatives of construction units, media agencies and customers attended the event. At the event, the company opened for sale of 50 apartments in the total of 100 apartments of the project, and reached a successful transaction rate of nearly 100% with 49/50 apartments are quickly owned by customers.

The 20 storey building construction with a total floor area of 25,746 m2 consisting of 71 hotel rooms, 100 condominiums with amenities such as spa, restaurant, cafe, swimming pool, multipurpose area and utility areas…The apartments in the project include 3 types: Apartment S: 1 bedroom with an area of 38.1-55 m2, apartment A: 2 bedrooms with an area of 68 – 80m2, apartment P: 3 bedrooms with an area of 145 – 155 m2. Sale price of apartments from 50 – 57.7 million / m2 (including VAT).
Fusion Suites Vung Tau offers super-attractive investment interests with a commitment to share 35% of the profit in the total operating profit of the whole hotels and not less than 8%/pear of the selling price of the apartment during the period of up to 10 years. Customers only need to pay 40% of the value of the apartment to own, the rest will be supported with preferential loans with interest rate of 0% and the original debt grace until the time the project starts to operate. In addition, customers will receive 15 free days per year and many preferential policies that are only available at Fusion Suites Vung Tau.
