On May 31, Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) solemnly celebrated its 36th anniversary (May 31, 1990 – May 31, 2026), marking a journey of over three decades of growth and solidifying its position as a leading real estate brand in the East Ho Chi Minh City region.
Over the past 36 years, HODECO has been recognized as a pioneer laying the foundation for modern urban areas and civilized living spaces locally, actively accompanying the nation’s urbanization process.
HODECO’s footprint is demonstrated through more than 30 projects and over 7,000 successfully delivered units, significantly reshaping the local urban landscape. Key achievements include the Ward 7 Commercial Center, Ngoc Tuoc 2 Villa Area, Ward 10 Hill 2 Residential Area, 199 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Apartments, Binh An Apartments, Binh Gia Resident, Fusion Suites Vung Tau High-End Hotel Apartments, West 3/2 Street Residential Project, Phu My New Urban Area, Ecotown Phu My, and Hai Dang Residential Area (The Light City).
Themed “Transforming to Elevate Value,” the event provided an opportunity for HODECO to reflect on its journey while assessing both opportunities and challenges in the market’s new phase. Moving forward, HODECO aims not only to expand its operational scale, adopt digital technologies, and transform its business model, but also to enhance quality, operational efficiency, and sustainability to reinforce its legacy as a long-standing real estate developer.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Doan Huu Thuan, Chairman of HODECO’s Board of Directors, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to generations of leaders and employees who worked tirelessly to build the company over the past 36 years. He also extended sincere thanks to central agencies, former leaders of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, leaders of Ho Chi Minh City, as well as local departments and authorities for their ongoing support and guidance. Mr. Thuan expressed confidence that with employee solidarity, shareholder trust, and the strong support of partners and customers, HODECO will write new chapters of growth, contributing further to local development and creating lasting value for the community.
