Successfully organize Annual Meeting of BOD for Year 2016:
16/4/2015, Hodeco (MCK: HDC) successfully organized annual meeting for year 2016. There was participation of 182 shareholders (107 shareholders at events, authorized 75 persons) representing 33,712,223 shares or 82% of total voting shares, together with representatives from press and media.
Important contents were fully reported by delegate of the meeting and discussed by shareholders, and agreed(except for the amendment of company charter with 85.87% consensuses, all other issues were agreed 100%).
At the meeting, shareholders appointed BOD, Board of Supervisors for 2016-2020, to be specific:
