According to the memorandum of understanding, Hodeco is committed to strengthening close cooperation with South Korean partners, including Korea CEO Summit (KCS), Woo A Development, Korea Resources Development, Scale Technology, and Quynh Paris Co., Ltd.
On the afternoon of October 1 in Vũng Tàu City, a signing ceremony was held for a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu Housing Development Joint Stock Company (Hodeco) and five South Korean partner companies. The event was attended by Hodeco executives, Mr. Park Bong Kyu, Chairman of Korea CEO Summit (KCS), and representatives from the Korean enterprises.
The agreement outlines collaboration in consulting, development, and investment in Hodeco’s real estate projects, as well as enhancing connections with international partners and fostering exchanges in culture and technology. It also aims to build business opportunities in the South Korean market in the future.
Korea CEO Summit will serve as an advisor for business operations related to Hodeco’s projects, while other companies, such as Woo A Development, Korea Resources Development, Scale Technology, and Quynh Paris, will act as bridges connecting Hodeco with leading real estate investors in South Korea. They will collaborate on investment in Hodeco’s projects, urban development consultation, area planning, and architectural design as per Hodeco’s requirements.
