On the morning of September 23, 2022, at Ecotown Phu My project, Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) and construction partners coordinated to organize the handover of houses to customers. Ecotown Phu My is one of the first synchronous and modern linked housing projects in the center of Phu My town.
It is expected that in 2022, Hodeco will hand over about 204 raw row houses to customers in this project, especially by the end of September 2022, Hodeco will hand over 25 apartments in zones 6, 7, 9, and 10. At the end of 2022, we will continue to hand over raw apartments in zones 3, 4, 5 to customers.
In the first phase of handover, customers who carry out the procedures to receive the house will receive an interior decoration voucher worth VND 30 million and a congratulatory gift from Hodeco. Mr. T – A customer who received the house shared: “We are very happy and excited when we receive the notice of the investor Hodeco coming to carry out the procedures to receive the house many months before the Lunar New Year 2023, so we will have Time to decorate the interior of the new houses to prepare for Tet. Currently, we have been given specific instructions by the investor on the volume of work, electricity and water infrastructure when put into actual operation as well as the handover procedures very strictly according to the process. Customer care team, Hodeco’s management board and technical team are very good. Through the fact at the project, we feel very satisfied when we see that the internal transport infrastructure has been well-organized and the landscape of the whole area has also been gradually completed to be ready to meet the needs of housing.“
Owning a prime location in the center of Phu My town, Ecotown Phu My has a scale of 6.3ha, including 319 houses connected with 2 apartment buildings. When launching to the market, the project has received great attention from customers because of its modern and synchronous investment and development as well as the potential for strong price increases in the future.
