Recently, on the website of the newspaper “Finance Investment Magazine – VietnamFinance”, an article was published: “Designing HODECO as the investor of ‘The Light City’ Vung Tau is not in accordance with the law’ ‘”. To help customers, partners and shareholders better understand this problem, HODECO has the following information:
Hai Dang Housing Project has been prepared by BR-VT House Development Joint Stock Company since 2003. Since then, the project is carried out in accordance with the order and procedures of the law from time to time. There are many documents and instructions for the Company to implement the project. These documents are implemented in accordance with the provisions of law at the time of implementation.
Pursuant to the 2005 Investment Law, Decree No. 108/2006/ND-CP dated September 22, 2006 and Decision No. 23/2007/QD-UBND dated April 19, 2007 of the People’s Committee of BRVT Province, the consent for Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company as the Investor of Hai Dang – The Light City project is in accordance with the regulations and before the 2014 Housing Law took effect.
In this regard, the Department of Construction of BR-VT province has also issued a written report No. 2272/SXD-QLN dated June 8, 2022 explaining the implementation of Notice No. 747/TB-KV XIII dated December 31. 2021 by State Audit Area XIII related to investment procedures for housing project combined with public services in Ward 12, Vung Tau city (Hai Dang – The Light City) of Development Joint Stock Company House development in Ba Ria – Vung Tau
