On 10/ 10, Hodeco opened sales for Binh An apartment ward 10, Vung Tau city.
The Apartment is located in center of ward 10 and connected to national street 51B, Binh Gia street, Dong Xuyen IZ, residential area of ward 10. The building has 15 floors on area of 4,218 m2 with 378 units, and 55m2 -66m2/ unit, VND 668mn- 887 mn/ unit. According to Hodeco, foundation of Binh An apartment has been completed and the 1st floor is being processed; the completion date and handover date is expected in the end of 2016.
According Mr. Le Viet Lien, Business Director of Hodeco, buyers can purchase the apartment in 10 installments. To be specific, 1st installment is VND 50 mn, 2nd installment is 20% of the contract value, and the rest will be paid at 10-16% of contract value for each time. Beside, Hodeco also corporate with BIDV, Vietinbank, OCB to support buyers in paying apartments under VND 30,000 bn of Government’s economic stimulus package with 5% p.a interest rate starting from 2015 and 15 –year tenor; interest rate won’t exceed 6% p.a.
