On the morning of April 24, Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) successfully held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via both online and in-person.
The 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders marks the second consecutive year that HODECO has implemented online attendance and electronic voting, facilitating shareholders nationwide to exercise their rights and demonstrating the integration and application of digital transformation in its business operations. In addition to the accommodation policy for distant shareholders at the Fusion Suites Vung Tau hotel, the company applied a maximum attendance financial support of VND 10 million per person.
Closing the 2025 financial year, HODECO recorded a revenue of VND 1,321 billion and a profit after tax of VND 641 billion, contributing VND 66.7 billion to the State budget, and paying a 15% stock dividend to shareholders. Notably, the company successfully issued nearly VND 1,000 billion in bonds for capital restructuring (including privately placed bonds and convertible bonds).

The General Meeting also approved the 2026 business plan with a revenue target of VND 1,959 billion, a total investment capital of VND 3,551 billion, and approved the proposal for a private placement of bonds up to a maximum of VND 1,000 billion. At the General Meeting, Mr. Doan Huu Thuan continued to be entrusted and elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Doan Huu Ha Vinh was elected as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the 2026 – 2030 term.

With a profit after tax target of VND 493 billion for 2026, HODECO focuses on prioritizing resources for key projects with clear legal status, while consolidating and developing a professional sales system through subsidiaries, associates, and real estate trading floors. Simultaneously, the company aims to diversify distribution channels and strengthen marketing and brand communication activities tied to each specific project. Alongside this is the application of technology and digital transformation to improve labor productivity, enhance corporate governance transparency, reduce costs, and elevate executive management capacity.
