The forum was established to create a dialogue platform among authorities, experts, and enterprises to identify opportunities and propose solutions for a modern, sustainable marine economic ecosystem, while strengthening connections to help businesses integrate deeper into new value chains.

Mr. Pham Van Triem noted that a highlight of this year’s forum was the official establishment of an annual coordination framework between HCM-SME and VCCI-HCM. This partnership focuses on trade promotion, business matchmaking, training, consulting, and enterprise support, helping expand collaboration opportunities between Ho Chi Minh City businesses and other localities, particularly coastal areas and the Southern Key Economic Zone.
