On the morning of December 7, 2021, Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) and Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HD Bank) – Vung Tau branch announced the cooperation and credit financing for the project West 3/2 Residential Area, Ward 11, Vung Tau City.
According to the cooperation content of the two sides, HODECO in conjunction with HD Bank will support customers of the West 3/2 Residential Area project to get a loan with a maximum limit of 70% of the contract value during the loan period up to 35 years. Especially, from the 4th year, customers will be completely free of prepayment fees.

The preferential credit package is applied to West 3/2 Residential Area – the project owns a diamond position when located between the new urban center – North Vung Tau area and the service, tourism and entertainment center Chi Linh – Cua Lap, which may become the most developing area of the coastal city in the future. The facade of the West 3/2 residential area is Hang Dieu street (planned to be 36m wide); The Southeast is 50m from Road 3/2 (National Road 51C); The Northwest is 100m from Road 2/9 (National Road 51B), located in the arterial traffic area connecting Vung Tau – Ho Chi Minh City and only 5 minutes from Chi Linh beach.
The project has a scale of 6.3 hectares, built with a modern infrastructure system, located in an area being developed into a new administrative – educational – medical center of Vung Tau city.
