On the morning of October 24, 2025, at The Light City project, HODECO House Development Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the Construction – Real Estate Joint Stock Company, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a modern Pickleball court complex with a scale of over 1,000 sq.m.
The Pickleball court complex comprises 4 standard competition courts, each with an area of 81.74 sq.m, along with an accompanying amenity system designed to be modern and fully equipped. The project not only meets the needs for physical training, recreation, and entertainment but also creates a community connection space, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle for the residents of The Light City as well as people in the Phuoc Thang Ward area.

With the construction progress ensured, the Pickleball court complex is expected to be completed and officially put into operation in December 2025. This will be a prominent highlight, affirming the position of The Light City in creating a modern, fully-equipped, and vibrant urban area.
