3. Detailed information about loan incentives
3.1. Interest rate and loan term
When participating in Vietcombank’s loan incentives and making payments during this period with The Light City projects, customers can choose 1 of the 4 incentives below:
– Option 1: Interest rate 6.9%/year for 6 months.
– Option 2: Interest rate 7.5%/year for 12 months.
– Option 3: Interest rate 8%/year for 24 months.
– Option 4: Interest rate 9.2%/year for 36 months.
After the end of the preferential period, the loan interest rate will be calculated based on the 12-month savings interest rate with final interest payment + 3.5%/year but not lower than the lending interest rate floor.
3.2. Loan rate & loan term
In addition to preferential loan interest rates, customers will receive loan support for a maximum period of 360 months as follows:
– Maximum 70% of needs if mortgaged with assets formed from loan capital.
– Maximum 100% of demand if mortgaged with other assets.
3.3. Early repayment fee
– In the first 3 years: 2% of the prepayment amount.
– 4th and 5th years: 1% of prepayment amount.
– From after the 5th year: Free.
