After a period of legal procedures to apply for a construction permit for the resort project, Fusion Suites Hotel Vung Tau, on April 28, 2017, Ba Ria – Vung Tau house development join stock company was officially allowed to construct the building according to the Building License No. 29 / GPXD issued by the Department of Construction of BR-VT province.
Fusion Suites Vung Tau is located at the corner of Truong Cong Dinh Street and Phan Boi Chau Street, Ward 2, Vung Tau City, which is the center of Beach Front where hotels, tourist services, pier, beach, park … are invested and developed synchronously.

Fusion Suites Vung Tau is built on land area of 1,968.3 m2, construction density: 55%. The 20-storey building does not include basement, mezzanine and technical floor, total floor area of 25,746 m2 including 71 hotel rooms, 100 apartments, most of the apartments and hotel rooms have sea view, the rest is functional areas and facilities for the whole project such as spa, restaurant, multi-functional area, reception-coffee …….
