On January 08, 2025, Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development JSC held the conference summarizing the 2025 business operations, deploying the 2026 plan, and the employees’ conference at the Company’s Hall.

In 2025, amidst a real estate market fraught with challenges, the Company proactively managed and concentrated resources on key projects, recording positive results. Many critical projects such as Hai Dang Residential Area – The Light City, Ecotown Phu My, Ngoc Tuoc 2 Hill, and the Residential Area West of 3/2 Street continued to be implemented on schedule, completing construction and infrastructure items, and gradually handing over products to customers.
