Annual general meeting of shareholders in 2020

On April 16, 2020, BR – VT House Development Joint Stock Company (Security code: HDC) successfully organized the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020.

Due to the complicated situation of covid-19 epidemic, implementing Directive No. 15 / CT-TTg of the Prime Minister: On drastically implementing the peak phase of preventing and controlling COVID-19 epidemic,  BR-Vt House Development JSC held the annual general meeting of shareholders with the following criteria: Safety on distance – Providing full information to shareholders – Transparency in voting.

The meeting was attended by 24 shareholders, representing 36,636,104 shares, accounting for 63.24% of the total voting shares of the Company.

Mr. Doan Huu Thuan – Chairman of the Board of Directors reports the business results of 2019 and the plan for 2020

At the meeting, Mr. Doan Huu Thuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, reported the business and production results in 2019 with the following main targets:

• Total output value: 1,326 billion VND (equal to 110.5% of the plan);

• Revenue: VND 824 billion (equal to 103% of the plan);

• Profit before tax: VND 183.7 billion (equal to 102% of the plan);

• Profit after tax: VND 146 billion (equal to 101% of the plan);

• Dividend rate: 15% in share.

In 2020, the Company continues to deploy the construction of technical infrastructure for some projects such as: Ecotown Phu My; Residential area west of 3/2 street, Hai Dang housing area (The light city); deploying the investment for some projects: Ocean (Antares), Thong Nhat street apartment building, HODECO Seavillage … At the same time, the Company sets goals for 2020 as follows:

• Total output value: VND 1,500 billion,

• Total revenue: 1,030 billion VND

• Profit before tax: VND 250 billion;

• Dividend distribution: 15-20% (in share)

Also in the meeting, Mr. Doan Huu Thuan – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company gave the business and production plan for the period of 2020-2022 as follows:

All contents submitted to the meeting were reported, analyzed by the Presidium and were discussed and voted for by the shareholders with the approval rate of 100%.
