Visiting and giving gifts to employees with difficult circumstances of the Company and its member companies
On the morning of May 26, 2023, representatives of the Party Committee, the Board of General Directors, the Trade Union and the Youth Union of the Company visited and gave gifts to some employees of the Company and its member companies with difficult circumstances.

With the spirit of mutual affection, arousing solidarity and attachment in each employee with the motto “Good leaves cover torn leaves”, “Sharing love” as well as creating attachment, solidarity, concern and sharing of the collective staff in the system of HODECO’s companies, and at the same time, encouraging employees in difficult circumstances to strive to rise up at work as well as in life.
Visiting and giving gifts to children with special difficulties
On the morning of May 27, 2023, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and the Youth Union of the Company visited and presented gifts to 85 orphans and children with extremely difficult circumstances at Hong Quang Shelter, Phuoc Tan village, Tan Hoa commune, Phu My town.

In addition, the Executive Committee of the Youth Union organized a number of games such as “Tuck tug”, “Sack jump”, “Quiz with prizes” for the children at Hong Quang Shelter on the occasion of the International Children’s Day June 1. These activities were organized in order to help them overcome adversity, partially fill the emotional void and worries of everyday life.
“HODECO Family Day”
On the afternoon of May 28, 2023, “HODECO Family Day” took place at Long Cung resort with the participation of employees and their families. The Executive Committee of the Youth Union organized many interesting games such as: “The Amazing Family Race”, “Children’s Garden”.

This is an interesting playground to create cohesion between employees and employees in the Company as well as create beautiful memories on the occasion of International Children’s Day June 1st for children of HODECO’s employees .
