On 08/10/2018, Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) and Gia Phat House Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (Gia Phat Investment) signed the Investment and Business Contract of Ecotown Phu My project.
The signing ceremony took place in a formal atmosphere with the attendance and presence of the Management Board, heads of departments / functions of HODECO; Gia Phat Investment together with representatives of leaders of Vietnam – Russia Joint Venture Bank -Vung Tau Branch.
According to the content of the contract, HODECO lets Gia Phat Investment contribute more than VND220 billion to build Phu My Ecotown, after completion of the technical infrastructure of the project, Gia Phat Investment will receive 319 terraced houses equivalent to 31,465.4 m2 of land in the project and have the right to distribute these products to customers. HODECO will directly execute the technical infrastructure and internal circulation according to the 1/500 master plan of the project (to be completed on 31/12/2018) and construction of rough houses for 319 terraced lands.
