The 15-Storey Residential & Commercial Complex is the first high-rise apartment cluster in Tam Thang Ward invested and developed by Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO). The development comprises nearly 300 apartments with areas ranging from 45 sqm to 84 sqm, alongside 18 three-story commercial-integrated serviced apartments with areas from 250 sqm to 1,000 sqm, satisfying diverse permanent residency and business demands.
Construction of the property commenced in 2002, and it was completed and put into operation in 2005. The development contributed to marking a development step for HODECO in the housing sector, while supplementing the apartment supply and commercial space in the central area of Tam Thang Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
