Throughout the implementation process, the project has always been strictly controlled in terms of quality and occupational safety. Following the topping out ceremony, Eco Home 1 will continue to accelerate its progress, complete the remaining items, and ensure the handover schedule in 2026.”

The Eco Home 1 Social Housing Project is situated right on the frontage of Truong Chinh Street, Phu My Ward (Ho Chi Minh City), with a total construction area of 3,767.5 sq.m, comprising 1 basement, 13 above-ground floors, and a stair bulkhead, with a total of 340 apartments. The total project investment capital is VND 320 billion.
